There are so many feelings and emotions when your “baby” turns one.  You have made it through the first year, you have gone from being one with each other, to having a little explorer that constantly reaches and makes new strides towards independence, but still comes back to you for reassurance that its ok.  I remember these feelings from my oldest turning one (the other one will be there all too soon *tear*), and I was so excited when this sweet family invited me to capture their son, Ben’s, 1st birthday party!  Mom did AWESOME, with the monster’s birthday theme….no detail was overlooked.  Family and friends came from all over the southeast to show their love for this little guy and I have to admit that I had a great time as well!

This sweet family was my first returning client and it’s the greatest compliment when a family invites you back to capture special moments in their lives.  Thanks Hubbard Family!  You guys are awesome! 🙂  Here’s a few favorites from Ben’s big day!
